Residential Development at Dudley Road, Birmingham.

IPaD has assisted City and Provincial Properties to obtain planning permission for a major development in the City of Birmingham comprising over 500 private rental scheme apartments, leisure club, retail, key worker living and a Data Centre. IPaD provided all highway transportation, drainage and flood risk work related to the application, including preparation of a draft upgrade scheme for the 1.5km, Spring Hill section of the A457 Dudley Road.
