Do you have a scheme that is about to enter the design phase?
Do you have a Construction Design and Management Principal Designer or Advisor appointed to your team?
If you answered yes then no, did you know you may be breaking the law?
Since 2015, the Construction Design and Management regulations state “Where a project is notifiable (more than 30 days or 500 person days of construction), the client shall appoint a person (“the CDM Principal Designer or CDM Advisor”) to perform the duties specified in regulations 20 and 21 as soon as is practicable after initial feasibility or other preparation for construction work has begun.”
In short IPaD can help you, as we can act as Principal Designers or your CDM Advisor. We can assist you through the process and organise as much as you need.
We can undertake risk assessments; Health and Safety Files; undertake site visits or just provide advice to your team on the CDM 2015 regulations.
