Who We Help

Residential Site Developers

IPaD has worked extensively on a wide range of housing applications and developments from single dwelling applications through to major new settlements of 5000 dwellings or more. Our experience includes delivery of city centre sustainable community sites, brownfield and greenfield applications, housing association sites, and bespoke sites for specified end users such as hospital visitor accommodation, key worker accommodation, and self-build plots.

Our previous clients include major house builders such as Gleeson Homes, Barratt Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Bromford Housing Association, and Galliard Homes.

In addition to working directly with major house builders, we also undertake work on behalf of developer clients in bringing forward smaller scale housing plots, for example brownfield infill sites in existing residential settlements. In addition, we also assist individual homeowners on issues that relate to on-site drainage design, flood risk assessment, and highways access.

We offer support at every stage of the planning process from conception to delivery which includes initial site viability/ feasibility studies, Local Plan representations including examination in public and site allocation, outline and full planning application submission, and site delivery/ construction.

We also assist individual homeowners on issues that relate to on-site drainage design and highways access.
