Who We Help

Retail & Leisure Site Developers

Infrastructure Planning & Design Ltd has worked alongside leisure and retail providers to bring forward a range of both retail and leisure sites spread across the UK.

From a retail standpoint, we have worked with major supermarket retailers such as Waitrose, and Lidl in developing major large new stores located in Solihull, Worcester, and Lichfield. We also undertake work bringing forward new multi-unit retail park sites in both town centre locations for example the redevelopment of Bromsgrove’s new central marketplace and out of town/ edge of town locations. From a leisure standpoint, we have worked on behalf of major tourism facility providers such as the National Trust, assisting them with the development of visitor access and parking strategies for their existing properties and by assisting them making planning representations. Other groups we have worked alongside include Sport England with assistance in local plan representations to support major new Olympic sport training venues, and various other providers including golf club providers assisting with technical land drainage advice.
